🖨️ Hardware Returns
If you are not satisfied with the cheque printer hardware, WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a pick-up and issue a full refund — no questions asked.
- Item must be in working condition
- Refund processed within 3 business days of return
- Pick-up arranged by us — no courier hassle for you
💻 Software Returns
If the software doesn't work for your bank or use case, WhatsApp us. We will either fix the issue or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
We do not issue refunds for software that is working correctly but no longer needed after full use.
🔧 Setup Service
If setup was completed but the system is not working correctly, we will come back and fix it at no extra charge. We stand behind our work.
⚠️ Defective Products
If you receive a faulty printer, contact us within 48 hours. We will replace it or issue a full refund immediately.
